Ann McLain
joined the McNeff team in July 1991 as a Commercial Property Manager.
Ann's commitment to details and customer service is highly regarded
by our clients, as well our tenants. Ann commenced her business career as a bookkeeper for a commercial tax and accounting firm in 1984. Her duties included computerized financial accounting, tax auditing, tax preparation, automated payroll, accounts payable/ receivable and client relations. Her clients included Kettle Restaurant, Circle R Ranch and numerous other local business owners. In the late 1980's she joined Henry S. Miller/Grubb and Ellis Management Corporation as an assistant accountant at a satellite management office. Her responsibilities included the reconciliation and reporting of tenant charges/receipts to the corporate CPA as well as providing accounting and management assistance to the property management team. Within 12 months, she was relocated to the corporate office to work directily for the Senior Vice President of Property Management. as Property Manger. Her duties included direct owner/tenant relations, financial reporting, lease approval, all phases of property maintenance, and supervision of tenant finish-out for a 1,000,000 square feet profolio. Ann has lived in Flower Mound
for thirty years and has two daughters currently attending Flower Mound
